Is the biking hard?
The biking section is primarily downhill and takes approximately 3 hours. Advanced mountain-biking skills are not required, but participants should be comfortable riding a bicycle, controlling their speed, and following the guide’s safety instructions.
Can I bring my luggage?
We recommend leaving your main luggage in Cusco and traveling with a small backpack containing only the essentials needed for the 3-day adventure. Please follow the luggage instructions provided before departure.
are the hot springs included?
A visit to the Cocalmayo Hot Springs may be possible depending on the itinerary and available time. The entrance fee is not included and is paid directly at the site.
What class are the rapids?
River conditions and rapid classifications can vary depending on the season and water levels. The rafting activity is operated according to current conditions and the adventure provider’s safety assessment.
Is the return train included?
Yes. The return train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo is included, followed by transportation to Cusco, as specified in the itinerary.
Do I need hiking boots?
Lightweight hiking boots or sturdy trail shoes with good grip are recommended. Heavy mountaineering boots are not necessary for this route.
