Payment Methods
TrueAndes uses a clear 50/50 booking flow so you always know what is paid now and what remains.
Secure card payment with Stripe
At checkout, Stripe securely charges the reservation deposit, normally 50% of the full trip value. The order summary shows the full trip value, the amount charged today and the remaining balance. TrueAndes never stores your full card number or security code.
Remaining balance
After payment, our Cusco team checks the requested date, permits, trains, hotels, guides and other operational services. We then send the written confirmation and explain when and how the remaining balance is due. The balance is never charged automatically.
Bank transfer
A bank transfer may be arranged for an approved booking or tailor-made proposal. Verified account and SWIFT details are supplied on the quotation, invoice or order communication. Please do not send funds to bank details received from an unverified address. The sender is responsible for transfer and intermediary-bank fees.
Western Union or alternative methods
Alternative payment methods are available only by prior written arrangement with our team. The recipient details and reference must match the quotation. Send the transaction reference after payment so the operations team can reconcile it.
Currency, receipts and help
Prices are normally stated in US dollars. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or international-payment fees. A WooCommerce order confirmation records the online payment, and the final service confirmation follows after the operational review.
If a payment fails, appears duplicated or does not match your confirmation, do not retry repeatedly. Contact [email protected] or use the WhatsApp help button and include your order number.
