Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Flight New York to Lima

Depart JFK on a direct flight to Lima. Our team welcomes you at the airport for a private transfer to your hotel in Miraflores.

Day 2: Lima City Tour

Discover the “City of Kings.” We explore the historic center, the Cathedral, and the San Francisco Catacombs. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 3: Fly to Cusco

Morning flight to the Imperial City. Acclimatize in comfort. In the afternoon, we visit Qorikancha and the fortress of Sacsayhuamán.

Day 4: Sacred Valley

A full day in the Sacred Valley. Visit the Pisac market and the impressive Ollantaytambo ruins before boarding the train to Aguas Calientes.

Day 5: Machu Picchu Tour

Early morning guided tour of the Inca citadel. Explore the temples and terraces with fewer crowds. Return train to Cusco in the evening.

Luggage

Train Restrictions: The train to Machu Picchu has a luggage limit of 5kg (11 lbs) per person for carry-on. Large suitcases will be stored safely at your Cusco hotel.
