You will explore Lima, Puerto Maldonado, Cusco, and Lake Titicaca, ensuring a complete immersion into Peruvian heritage.
Itinerary Overview
Days 1-2: Lima Flavors
Arrival and a gastronomic tour of Lima. Visit the Larco Museum and enjoy a dinner show. We explore markets to see native ingredients.
Days 3-5: Amazon Pantry
Fly to Puerto Maldonado. Stay at an eco-lodge. Discover the source of Amazonian ingredients (cacao, brazil nuts, exotic fruits) and spot wildlife.
Days 6-7: Cusco & Stones
Fly to Cusco. Explore the San Pedro market and the Inca ruins of Sacsayhuamán. A private city tour reveals the fusion of cultures.
Days 8-10: Sacred Valley & Machu Picchu
Visit Pisac market and Ollantaytambo. Scenic train to Machu Picchu for a guided tour. Optional hike to Huayna Picchu.
Days 11-13: Lake Titicaca
Travel the scenic “Route of the Sun” to Puno. Boat tour to Uros and Taquile islands to learn about high-altitude living.
Day 14: Departure
Transfer to Juliaca airport for your flight to Lima.
